ABOUT US

UCIFEST 16

UCIFEST - UMN Animation & Film Festival is entering its 16th edition now. Organized by the Film Study Program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, the festival this year carries the theme "Humanity". The film festival serves as a platform for young filmmakers in expressing their unique perspectives and celebrate individual achievements through storytelling. The missions of UCIFEST 16 are to raise awareness, act as a cultural bridge, and provide a platform to encourage positive social change.

KRISTO IMMANUEL

Profile
Kristo is a Jakarta-based actor, director, and content creator known for his voice impersonations and performances across film, theater, and digital platforms. A graduate of UMN's film program, he has collaborated with brands like Google and Netflix, while also speaking at various educational and corporate events.

FAJAR NUSWANTORO

Profile
Fajar Nuswantoro is a lecturer at the Jakarta Arts Institute who has created hundreds of animation episodes, received the Youtube Golden Button and has produced several Android games.

NOVIA PUSPA SARI

Profile
Novia Puspa Sari is a 2018 Film graduate from UMN who currently works as a Producer at Visinema Studios. Novia was once a selected participant from Indonesia at the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator: FLY 2018 workshop in Singapore and Fantastic Film School at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival 2022.

ZAKIAH

Profile
Kiki is a program and operations coordinator at In-Docs, a Jakarta-based documentary organisation. Previously, she co-founded Minikino, a short film organisation, led a digital film preservation facility in Jakarta, and collaborated with EYE Filmmuseum on restoring the classic Indonesian film Tjoet Nja' Dhien.

WISNU SURYA PRATAMA

Profile
Raised in Banyuwangi and studied Dutch literature at the University of Indonesia, Wisnu Surya Pratama honed his eye amid street-art collectives that exposed social rifts and folk myths. He sees filmmaking as sustained empathy: observing, recording, then shaping images into bridges of dialogue. For him, the camera is a moral compass.
